Wesley Snipes wants the I-R-S to move his tax evasion trial to New York City from Ocala, Florida, accusing prosecutors of deliberately choosing "the most racially discriminatory venue available...a hotbed of Klan activity," a place where "substantial pockets of prejudice exist."According his new attorneys' legal motion, Ocala has statues of the founder of the Ku Klux Klan, and "the Confederate flag flies over government property." The 45-year-old Blade star was recently able to get the trial delayed by firing his entire legal team.
