from wire reports...Billy Ray Cyrus picks out daughter Miley's outfits before she even gets to see them, according to Internet gossip maven Janet Charlton. Charlton says Billy Ray even puts the kibosh on anything he deems inappropriate and that Miley's stylists believe she would be surprised by the clothes Billy Ray gives the thumbs-down.
Miley has been named one of Entertainment Weekly's Top 30 actresses under 30, joining such stars as Kirsten Dunst, Evangeline Lilly and Anne Hathaway among others.
