Cherry Jones, who this coming season will portray 24's first female president, says she loves her job and only wishes she could do more of it.Production on the Fox thrill ride was first held back by the scrapping of a planned Africa shoot, then interrupted by California wildfires, and is now severely impacted by the WGA writers' strike. Cherry Jones shared, "It looks like we will be able to complete Episode 8."
I really hope they can get this thing settled for everyone including us. From what I understand the writers want a cut of the profits from DVD sales of television shows as well as Internet sales. Obviously they deserve it and I hope the networks and studios work it out.
