Lindsay Lohan has reportedly checked out of a Utah rehab clinic a month after confessing to drug and alcohol addictions.The actress left the Cirque Lodge Treatment Centre yesterday after completing a rehabilitation program, People reported.
"Lindsay is done," a source told the US magazine.
"But she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay."
