* Went to rehab.
* Lost custody of her two children.
* Dealt with an ugly divorce.
* Attacked a stranger with an umbrella.
* Had numerous unfortunate pictures taken of her getting in and out of cars.
Her record company says the title "Blackout" refers to "Blocking out negativity and embracing life fully."
