BRITNEY SPEARS has finally been issued her driving license, a day after she lost her sons in a custody case to ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE.
The lack of a valid license was one of the motivating factors for the judge presiding over the case, as Britney broke a ban on driving without one prior to the decision.
