“He has left the base and is en route to another location,” the source said.
The 23-year-old, a second lieutenant in the Blues and Royals regiment of the Household Cavalry, and third in line to the throne, has spent the last 10 weeks in the lawless Helmand province of the war-torn country.
“We will not comment on the whereabouts of Prince Harry,” a Ministry of Defense spokesperson said.
