Oscar contenders head to D-V-D this week. George Clooney is up for Best Actor for Michael Clayton, a drama about a former criminal prosecutor who now covers up corporate misdeeds. Tom Wilkinson (The Full Monty), Tilda Swinton (Chronicles of Narnia) and Sydney Pollack co-star. It's up for a total of seven Oscars, including Best Picture. The D-V-D has commentary and deleted scenes. Tommy Lee Jones competes with Clooney for the Oscar with In the Valley of Elah, starring Jones as the father of an Iraq war veteran who goes missing.
