The writer's strike is officially over. The Writer's Guild of America voted yesterday to ratify its new contract with Hollywood studios, winning approval by more than 92 percent of the union's 37-hundred-75 members. The vote will let writers get back to work on T-V shows after a 14-week stoppage.
