A woman who was in the car that Lindsay Lohan chased in a bizarre incident last year -- a car that was being driven by the mother of Lindsay's assistant, who had just quit-- claims that the emotional trauma from the incident cost her a 60-thousand-dollar-a-year job and seven-thousand dollars worth of medical bills.
Tracie Rice says she thought the chase put her "at extreme risk of death or injury," leading her to seek therapy and, ultimately, to quit her job. She's suing Lindsay Lohan for unspecified damages and medical and other expenses related to emotional distress.
