Lost star Michelle Rodriguez could be the latest actress to get a date with a jail cell, after allegedly violating probation by failing to complete her community service and not following an alcohol education program after a D-U-I conviction in 2003. Rodriquez was in an L-A courtroom on Friday to answer the charges. Prosecutors say that, among other offenses, she claimed to have performed her community service when she was really three-thousand miles away, in New York City.
A hearing is set for October 12th. Rodriguez faces up to a year-and-a-half in jail and a two-thousand-dollar fine.
