KATHERINE HEIGL, 28, and her fiance, musician JOSH KELLEY, 27, will be saying "I do" on December 23, according to Us Weekly magazine.
The "Grey's Anatomy" star and the singer will reportedly wed in the Park City - Deer Valley area of Utah.
Sources also tell Us that although the invites haven't gone out yet, the ceremony will be "very small and intimate -- not like an EVA LONGORIA or even a KATE WALSH wedding."
