KIEFER SUTHERLAND was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Hollywood in the early hours this morning. The 24 star was on his way home from a Fox network party when he was pulled over by police on the junction of La Cienega and Beverly at 1.35am after making an illegal U-turn.
