This just in from Los Angeles,the jury in the Phil Spector murder trial has told the judge that they have been unable to come to decision and reach a verdict.Superior Court Judge Larry Fidler says he is considering giving the jury the option of weighing a possible manslaughter charge. The jury is currently considering only a second degree murder charge against the music producer.
