VICTORIA BECKHAM can recognize a "true fan" when she meets one - because her most dedicated followers fall unconscious. Posh was mobbed by fans earlier this year when she arrived in Japan to promote a new line of cosmetics and encountered several devotees who proved their commitment by shedding tears upon meeting their idol. In a video posting on her official website, she says, "It was amazing at the airport - there were lots of lovely Japanese people there to greet us. There were tears.
