Ryan Seacrest had this to say about the crop of American Idol for the new season hopefuls we'll see when the FOX show returns in January.He promises fewer lackluster performances, saying, "The talent we've seen so far on season seven of Idol, I think, is beyond any other season. These contestants are the most dynamic, the most interesting and probably the most genuine we've ever seen. What stands out the most for me are some of the younger contestants who have some of the best voices. There are big voices from small bodies this year."
